ALDA partners up with American Insomniac

Dutch dance-organization ALDA wants to expand further to other parts of the world. In order to make these growth-ambitions happen the company has made a huge partnership deal with Insomniac, a daughter-company of Live Nation. This hugely recognized party from the USA will be taking over 50% of the shares of ALDA.

Due to this partnership ALDA is enabled to create own events and expand with their own successful brands in the USA. Besides that Insomniac sees loads of opportunities at the European market and both parties want to work together in Asia. Allan Hardenberg, CEO of ALDA Events: ‘’We consider the partnership with Insomniac as THE opportunity to bring new and existing dance-concepts to all corners of the world’’.

ALDA has developed a big amount of succesful dance-concepts over the last eleven years like The Flying Dutch, A State of Trance, New Horizons Festival, Armin Only, We Are Connected, A day at the Park and AMF, the biggest indoor event of ADE, which will experience its sixth edition this Saturday. ‘We want to continue growing and offer fans all across the world unforgettable experiences’’ says Hardenberg. ‘’To make these huge ambitions a reality we need a strong partner. Biggest dance-organization of North-America

Insomniac exists for 25 years and throughout this period they have organised over 2000 festivals, concerts and clubnights all across the globe. The best known concept of Insomniac is Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) in Las Vegas, the biggest music-festival of North-America, which attracts over 400.000 visitors over the course of 3 days. EDC-editions are also taking place in other countries such as Japan, China and Mexico. Insomniac is also known for Escape: Psycho Circus, the biggest Halloween dance festival of the world, Beyond and Nocturnal Wonderland.

Worldwide coverage

Founder and CEO of Insomniac is Pasquele Rotella. To announce the partnership he came to the Netherlands today. Rotella acknowledges the huge amount of knowledge of ALDA when it comes to organizing dance-concepts.
