Ready to push forward an enticing new addition to the evolving musical landscape, Hardwell’s Revealed Recordings imprint unveils a fresh new sub label titled ‘Gemstone’. Showcasing diverse styles reaching across difference shades of dance music, Gemstone looks set to provide listeners with material ranging from electro pop to deep, future house and future bass grooves.
Keeping Revealed Recordings at the helm with its expertise of putting forward the elite in big room and progressive styles, Gemstone seeks to fill the gap with new artists and rising talent, keeping in line with Hardwell’s second hour of his Hardwell on Air show ‘Off The Record’, which will also be used as a platform the Gemstone releases going forward.
Touching on the launch, Hardwell stated ‘There is so much good music being made nowadays and the way to release music has become a lot easier. With the platform, team and structure we have built with Revealed, we want to take the next step with the label with building and branding Gemstone. We will not only be servicing the club/festival sound but also focusing on electronic music that appeals to a much bigger audience. I’m excited with this new step for my label and can’t wait to work with all the amazing new talent out there!’
With Revealed Recordings always putting the music first, with a penchant for unearthing exciting new artists and future stars, Gemstone looks to follow suit, keeping the philosophy of finding the best the world has to offer and providing a platform for global artist to be heard. Bringing together songs which have the ability to inspire real mainstream radio appeal, with a powerful, dance music edge, the label seeks to deliver tracks perfect for radio play and streaming services.
With the first release ‘Ego’ by Rich Edwards coming soon, the tracks vocal leading, chilled grooves provide an appetite for what’s in store for the label, with plenty more announcements soon to come, 2018 looks set to be an exciting year for Gemstone!
