While we can only speculate what will be happening for the upcoming 1000th edition of Armin van Buuren’s famous A State Of Trance event, we can’t wait for ASOT 950 which will be happening on February 14th and 15th at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht.

The anthem definitely shows what this A State Of Trance edition is going to be all about, ”Let The Music Guide You”, is a trance anthem with some really cool progressive elements building up to that climax which all trance fans will understand leads to that special of being ”in A State Of Trance”.
It’s interesting that Armin has chosen for quite a different line-up than the previous edition. It’s quite certain though that there will be an element of ”classic trance” at the 1000th edition and fans will no doubt be very pleased with the return of Egyptian duo Aly & Fila and the closing set of Italian trance maestro Giuseppe Ottaviani is definitely something we highly anticipate as well. As usual Armin will be doing a warm-up set and from experience, we really recommend that as it feels truly intimate and that intimate feeling is embodies what trance music is all about: love, melodies and unity of people who all love the same artist & genre.

Besides the major event in Utrecht on February 15th, there’s a pre-party on Valentines day (February 14th) which definitely has a big line-up as well including Ruben de Ronde, Armin himself, Cosmic Gate, Allen Watts and Luke Bond.
