Over 8.000 visitors are expected who will be served 200 seminars and workshops hosted by known music-fanatics like Dennis Weening, Mick Boskamp, Theo Nabuurs and Robin Albers. Besides that 120 record labels are involved with the event like Universal, Spinnin’ Records and Armada. Next to that there’s a ‘trade floor’ where brands like Marshall, Roland, Sennheiser, Ibanez, Pioneer and Ableton present their newest equipment which can be listened to and tested. Dancefair is considered the biggest educational electronic music-event worldwide. With the addition of Musicfair the organization also wants to attract and connect with music-professionals and visitors from other genres.

‘We want to inspire, connect and enrich the musical knowledge of people with Dancefair and Musicfair. Dancefair and Musicfair is a place where thousands of musical talents unite to meet eachother, enjoy their passion together and to keep dreaming. For some dreams come true, for others that’s not the case but that doesn’t matter. As a musician you always keep making music because it’s awesome. It’s the best thing there is’ commented organizer Norman Soares.

Musicfair

In addition to Dancefair and Pro Audio Summit on 13th and 14th February 2016 Musicfair will be organized for the first time. Artists and songwriters like Typhoon, Mister & Mississippi, MOKE, CAUSES, John Coffey, Ronnie Flex, HAEVN, DeWolff, Bo Saris, Allan Eshuis, Kern Koppen, members van Di-rect, Re:Freshed Orchestra and Emil Landman will be standing next to DJ’s als Hardwell, Steve Rachmad and Frontliner. The reason for the expansion is clear; an affordable educational network-event for musicians concerning singer/songwriting, pop, rock, and hip-hop, like it’s the case for electronic music-makers at Dancefair.
